Once you complete a booking with Nooran Travels and Tours and make payment for your flight ticket or holiday package, you will receive an invoice via email. This invoice will detail your entire itinerary, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, transfer details, and a reference number (format: NT****). You need to review and sign the invoice, agreeing to our terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please contact us, as your booking may not be confirmed.
Booking an e-ticket with Nooran Travels and Tours is simple and convenient. An e-ticket confirms your flight purchase without needing a paper ticket. The airline stores all passenger data in their system. At the airport, go directly to the check-in desk with your valid passport and the email confirmation from Nooran Travels and Tours. After verification, you will receive your boarding pass.
Each airline has its own baggage allowance policy. Generally, hand carry is limited to 7 KG/15 lbs. Please check with your travel agent or contact the airline directly for specific baggage policies related to your flight.
You can cancel your flight or ticket by contacting one of our travel agents by phone or email. All cancellation requests must be made before your departure date. Email us at reservations@noorantravels.com, including your reference number. Reservations will automatically be canceled if payment is not made within 72 hours of booking. Please note that all tickets are non-refundable/non-endorsable unless otherwise specified.
You will receive your tickets/vouchers within 7 days of your travel date. If your travel date is within 7 days, we will send your ticket within 24 hours to your provided email address. You can also schedule an appointment to pick up your documents/vouchers from our office. For UAE residents, hard copies can be sent via courier to your provided address upon request.
Yes, you can book a trip for someone else. If we need additional confirmation or details regarding the purchase, our travel consultant will contact you directly. You can proceed with the reservation without any concerns.
You can book your flight up to 11 months in advance with Nooran Travels and Tours.
Refunds for air tickets are subject to a minimum cancellation charge of AED 250 per passenger unless otherwise stated. Tickets are forwarded to the respective airline for evaluation. Refund amounts for part-utilized tickets are usually less than pro-rata, and sometimes there might be no refund at all. Refunds will be processed and paid to you once we receive the due amount from the airline, typically within 10-40 days. In special cases, such as lost tickets, it may take longer, up to a year.
